TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES (T&Cs)

ARTICLE 1 – Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Systalis (hereinafter “the Company”) with professional and non-professional consumers (hereinafter “the Customer”) wishing to purchase ClicPCB products offered for sale on the website https://www.clicpcb.com (hereinafter “the Site”).
They specifically define the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, and handling any returns of Products ordered by Customers.
These T&Cs are accessible at any time on the Site and take precedence over any other document.
By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read and accepted these T&Cs by checking the box provided before validating the order.

ARTICLE 2 – Products

Products offered for sale include, notably:
Enclosures with components of a modular assembly kit for electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs)
Essential characteristics of the Products are presented on the Site. The Customer is required to review this information prior to placing any order.
Photographs, graphics, and descriptions are non-contractual and provided for information purposes only.

ARTICLE 4 – Geographic Scope

Products are offered for sale in the following regions:

Europe – Asia – América – Africa

For any order outside mainland France, the Customer is considered an importer. Customs duties, local taxes, import fees, or state taxes are exclusively the responsibility of the Customer.

ARTICLE 5 – Price

Products are priced in Euros, excluding and including VAT, at the rates in effect on the Site at the time of order registration.
For deliveries within the EU outside France, VAT-free invoicing is only possible for companies with a valid intra-community VAT number. This number must be entered in the “Company” field and will be verified via the V.I.E.S system. Invalid numbers result in VAT being applied before finalizing the transaction.
Delivery charges vary based on the delivery address and the weight of the goods. They are displayed in the cart and confirmed during order validation. Shipping costs are added to the product price.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, excluding already validated orders.

ARTICLE 6 – Orders

The Customer selects the Products, adds them to the cart, enters their contact information, chooses a delivery method, and validates the order after accepting these T&Cs.
The sale is considered final upon full payment.
Systalis reserves the right to cancel any order in case of prior dispute or non-payment.

ARTICLE 7 – Customer account

Creating an account is recommended for placing orders.
The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Systalis cannot be held liable for fraudulent use of the account.

ARTICLE 8 – Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of order via:
Secure credit card,PayPal,Apple Pay
Transactions are secured using SSL protocol.

ARTICLE 9 – Delivery

Delivery is carried out by a carrier. Risks transfer to the Customer once the goods are handed over until full delivery.
Orders can only be shipped after customer validation and full payment, subject to payment processor approval. In case of refusal, the order is automatically canceled.
Systalis – ClicPCB reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an ongoing dispute with the Customer.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the ordering process and cannot be modified after order confirmation.
Delivery times:
Europe: 72 hours to 8 days
Outside Europe: 7 to 15 days
Systalis – ClicPCB is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond its control, such as strikes, disasters, or other events preventing normal shipping.

Receipt:
The Customer must inspect the package and contents in the presence of the carrier and note any reservations on the delivery receipt. Any damaged or opened package must be refused. In such cases, Systalis – ClicPCB will reship the product at its expense.
Accepted merchandise without reservation is considered compliant and in good condition. If reservations are made, the Customer must file a claim within 24 hours of receipt (excluding public holidays) via the “My Account” area on www.clicpcb.com.
Signing the delivery slip without reservation constitutes acceptance of the products and suspends the right to claim thereafter. Systalis – ClicPCB is only liable if precise reservations are made with the carrier and a claim is submitted within the stated timeframe. Claims submitted after this period will be rejected.

ARTICLE 10 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned unused and in perfect condition for withdrawal to be accepted. Return costs are borne by the Customer.
Upon withdrawal, Systalis – ClicPCB will refund all amounts paid within 14 days of receiving the returned products, in accordance with Article L.121-21-4 of the Consumer Code.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed, with no fees for the Customer.
Products must be returned intact and complete. In case of damage or incomplete return, Systalis – ClicPCB may apply a reduction in value in accordance with the law.

ARTICLE 11 – Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from:

• Legal guarantee of conformity
• Guarantee against hidden defects

In accordance with Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code and Article 1641 of the Civil Code.

ARTICLE 12 – Personal Data – GDPR

Personal data is processed only in the context of contract execution.
The Customer has the following rights:

• Access
• Rectification
• Deletion
• Portability
• Objection

ARTICLE 14 – Governing Law – Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
